A meeting in which the members of TSC elect or re-elect board members, review constitutional changes, and approve the preliminary budget Who can attend an AGM and vote? All registered members with in TSC who are in good standing .i.e. parents, players, coaches, asst. coaches and managers can attend; only members 18 years of age and older are allowed to vote. A TSC member "in good standing" has all dues paid in full and on time and also is not suspended from Tracyton SC for Code of Conduct violations or any other reason.
Members will register annually to continue their membership. How do I run for a Board Position? If you or someone you know who is a registered member of TSC would like to join the TSC Board of Directors, there are two ways you can apply. You can either: - Reply to this email with which position you would like to hold and write a short paragraph about yourself (your qualifications for the position, your experience with soccer or TSC, etc.) and attend the AGM.
- Run for the position at the AGM and be prepared to speak about yourself to the membership.
